Howdy, My Name Is Andrew, And I'd Like to know What Do you Guys Honestly Think makes a good flash? I Mean Besides The Passable Drawings style, But it seems that's pretty much all you need now a days to make front page. You Can Forget about Any sort of Story, Character Development, And Most Importantly A Plot.
Since What I've been seeing lately on The front Page Is A bunch of random Humor,That doesn't have Nothing to do with Anything Similar to Family Guy . (Which I Dislike So Much)
I Mean We All know (those who actually have animated) that Animating Is a long tedious Process And Just Because a Flash Is Long And Well Drawn Doesn't Mean It's Good.
For Example I'd Rather Eat A small Portion Of food As long as it's Delicious and Good For me, Over a huge portion of food Without any nutrients, that's just going to Give me a stomach ache and make me sick. It Should Be Quality Over Quantity And not the other way around.
I Don't know that's Just Me guys and Gals, I'd Like to know what You All think.

The Good, The Bad , And The Ugly

Well as far as good animation goes, that is always a treat to watch. But you are right, it isn't much without a story. However, there are a few exceptions, expecially animations that only use their drawings to entertain people. For example, flash dancer is a favorite of mine and there wasn't a story at all. It was mostly just a man dancing for like a minute or so. But man was it fun to watch. I think as long as you can entertain people through that medium, even without a plot that it deserves just as much attention as a animation with a story. This week, there hasn't been much on the front page that I would say I love, besides Awesome Gaiden (which has been up there for years now) and Circuit Skirmish. Cardboard City is one I watch a few times to just because the different art style made me enjoy, and the animation wasn't even that well done honestly. So thats my take on it really. Peace
